Tasting note: This white blend cuvée which benefits from 12 months of barrel aging is a new creation each year from the grape varieties that make it up. The 2022 vintage is a trio composed of Petite Arvine, Sylvaner and Marsanne which, through the magic of our tastings to create it, are found in equal parts within this lovely vintage. The first nose reveals lemon zest, honeysuckle with a slightly toasted note. In the mouth, the petite arvine provides its freshness and its saline side, the sylvaner its fullness and the marsanne its beautiful bitterness. It is a creative wine which leaves room for imagination, harmony and which is enhanced by the alchemy of this blend.
