Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed old vines (25–40 years) on limestone-calcareous soils 
Vintage: 2022
Alcohol: ~13.8% ABV
Bottle Size: 75 cl
Certification: Organic & Biodynamic (Demeter) 
Vinification & Ageing: Hand-harvested, fully destemmed, 20-day maceration with daily pigeage, aged 12 months in 228 L barrels (25% new), bottled with light filtration and minimal sulphites

Elegant and refined, this Pinot opens on a forest-like aromatic profile with mentholated undergrowth intertwined with red and black wild fruits. The palate is delicate yet juicy, revealing silky tannins, bright freshness, and a saline mineral finish that reflects its calcareous terroir .
