L' Acrobate
Cuvée l'Acrobate is a French rosé wine produced by Bainbridge and Cathcart, primarily from the Loire Valley region. It’s made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Grolleau grapes, with the latter often referred to locally as Groslot. The wine is crafted in Anjou, where the Grolleau grapes grow in deep, calcium-rich soils. After a quick press, the juice ferments and ages for a few months in stainless steel tanks (cuve) before bottling, resulting in a fresh, vibrant rosé.
