This unique rosé is crafted through the carbonic maceration of Pinot Auxerrois, which has been aged for eight months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, enhancing its complexity and character.

The grapes are sourced from 50-year-old plots in the Ban d'Ammerschwihr region, grown on alluvial and sandy-gravel soils derived from granite decomposition.
