🧭 Tasting Notes

Elegant yet unpretentious, this Bourgogne Blanc marries creamy, buttery richness with zesty white fruit notes—think lemon zest, green apple, and pear—alongside subtle floral and toasted oak  The palate is bright and saline, underpinned by fine acidity and a lingering mineral finish. A hint of petrol-like complexity gives it depth and interest .

🍽️ Food Pairing

Perfect with roast chicken, meaty fish, creamy risotto, or soft cheeses. Its texture and freshness also elevate richer seafood dishes and earthy mushroom plates.
