🌱 Viticulture & Winemaking

Christof works biodynamically on his family's tiny 0.2 ha of Pinot vines, vinified at Peter Hermann’s cellar in Fläsch This Weissherbst is a rosé de saignée: juice bled off early during maceration, with fermentation in wood. No added sulphites and minimal intervention for purity

Beautifully pale yet vibrant, this rosé offers fresh aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant. The palate is crisp, beautifully balanced between subtle sparkle and lively acidity—bright, refreshing, and clean
