🌱 Viticulture & Vinification
Clément works tiny high-altitude plots (~¼ ha) on steep terraces with permanent green cover. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented solely on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, then bottled unfined and unfiltered with very little SO₂ (~15 mg/L)—a true minimalist approach

Ruby-hued and elegant, this Valaisan Pinot Noir offers ripe red fruit aromas—strawberry, cherry—complemented by subtle spice and leather. On the palate: fine-grained, refreshing acidity, silky tannins, and a vibrant, mineral-tinged finish. A delicate yet expressive Swiss red .
