• Varietals: Grenache and young Cinsault vines

• Winemaking: Strictly manual harvesting, whole bunches gravity-fed into concrete tanks. Light crushing, three-week maceration, followed by gentle pressing in wooden presses.

• Yield: 50 hl/ha

• Tasting: A lively and light red wine, a true thirst quencher. Pure red currant juice, extremely enjoyable, and low in alcohol. Comes in a 1-liter format because 75 cl wouldn't have been enough!

• Alcohol Content: 11%

• Added Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0 mg/liter

Summary: This is an ecological wine made from Grenache and young Cinsault vines grown in a sandstone terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently processed, and undergo a three-week maceration.
